Today I'm looking at homes in the Pacific Northwest in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. This first home, a charming bungalow was built in 1915. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,278 sqft home listed for $424,950.

A very brown kitchen with sunny yellow paint.

The dining area. I'm loving the rich wood flooring.

Nice features like large baseboards and a curved entryway.

An open green space joins the backyard to create a huge space visually.

The second house is a quaint three story Victorian built in 1907. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is 2,498 sqft. It is listed for $649,000.

The dining room/library/music conservatory/bird sanctuary with beautiful wood flooring.

Vintage style fireplace and doors.

Wooden bead board in a room with a lot of natural light.

The third house is tucked away in the woods down a long private drive with a beautiful water feature. It is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home having 13,951 sqft. It is listed for a mere $3,490,000.

Tons of cabinet space in this kitchen with a professional grade stove.

A view of the back of the house next to the towering evergreens.

The house is on 12 acres sporting an equestrian facility with 20 stalls in a lighted barn and indoor arena.

My niece would be drooling over this. (okay, maybe not literally drooling. More like a deep appreciation and admiration for it.)

This full sized basketball court would receive daily use from MY household.

No mansion would be complete without a negative edge pool.

The view from the back. It looks a lot like a resort to me

So here is a rundown of all three homes one more time:
A charming bungalow.

A vintage Victorian.

And a mansion in the trees.
Hope you enjoyed a little peek at some real estate in Portland, Oregon.
This time of year I REALLY miss the Pacific Northwest. I don't miss the house prices though. :)
