What's For Sale Sunday (Charlotte, N.C.)

Today we're looking what's for sale in Charlotte, North Carolina. This little charmer is priced so low I can barely believe it. (Is there a ghost roaming around inside or is it possibly built over a snake den?) This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on .44 of an acre was built in 1987. It is listed for only $75,000! (Yes, you read correctly.) So let's see the rest of the house.

The dining room has hardwood flooring, moulding and wainscoting--definitely a plus. Just a new paint color on the walls and surgical removal of the Gone With the Wind drapes and this room will be rockin!

The kitchen is cozy (small) but isn't bad. More hardwoods.

Love this window seat and the cute shutters. (Not sure of the green paint though.)

This house looks like it has great potential. So what is the secret with the low price? (Can you say bidding war?)

I have a crush on this second home. The porch, balcony, color, shutters, moulding and even the little wrought iron fence--I heart it all! (That is the first time I've ever written I "heart" something. Kinda strange...) This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home built in 2006 is listed for $450,000.

I love the hardwood floors and wainscoting in the entry. I'm envisioning a little stenciling or wall paper on the powder pink walls.

Double ovens, stainless steel appliances, miles of cabinetry and an island with it's own zip code.

Built ins on either side of the fireplace.

This house even has a screened in porch.

I wouldn't say that I'm insanely envious of the buyers of this house exactly. Maybe just extremely envious.

This third house looks like something out of a movie. A 6 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom home on 4.27 acres built in 2006. Simply amazing! It can be yours for the low price of $4,000,000.

I absolutely love all the details of the exterior. Look at those double doors.

The kitchen is huge but isn't quite as charming as the exterior of the home.

Now this is more like it. Loving the exposed beams.

This home looks as though it was built for parties. So much space.

There are even hardwoods and beautiful moulding in the gym.

It wouldn't be complete without a pool, screened in porch, balcony and covered patio.

And just in case that isn't enough for you, the home is on a lake.

So here is the recap: The adorable home with the shocking price.

My Charleston style home crush.

It's going to be hard to top this one!

Loving me some Charlotte real estate.
