I've really enjoyed being on Pinterest the last month or two.  Being able to see so many beautiful photos of interiors has been one of my favorite things about the site.  I'm just loving this fancy garden shed from Better Homes and Gardens (Pinterest.)  It has such an elegant look with the checkerboard tile on the diagonal, striped drapes, beautiful topiaries flanking the doorway and of course all the many details on the exterior of the shed itself.  I absolutely love it!

Another thing about Pinterest that I like is the opportunity to discover so many new and creative ideas.  This cute ruffly no sew scarf (Pinterest) is made entirely from a cotton t-shirt.  I'm going to have to put it on my to-do list for sure.  Another reason I like Pinterest is for the discovery of new blogs.  I saw this scarf and followed the link back to the blogger who made it.  Robyn from the crafty blog, The Pink Peony of Le Jardin.  She in turn linked to the episode of a morning show which featured a likable woman named Kris demonstrating how to make the scarf.  I followed the link to Kris' personal blog and discovered that she and her identical twin sister, Kim have a popular crafty blog (that was totally new to me) called The DIY Dish  And that they also do a t.v. show featuring craft tutorials on all their projects.  (Wow!  All that from one little picture of a scarf...)

So today I'm thankful for Pinterest.  For all the lovely photos and especially for all the great ideas and new blogs that come my way.
