(TMI: We have a dog and let's just say that the next photo shoot I do in the backyard I'll be wearing shoes.)
I've been seeing these cute little bunnies everywhere.
Here they are in a darling place setting. A friend of mine also had some that she tucked into a pitcher filled with flowers. It was simply adorable.

So I had seen these bunnies around and decided that I would check out the post holiday sales and see if I could find some of my own.
I hadn't been to Pier 1 in awhile.
I loved all the beautiful colors.

Didn't love some of the prices--yikes!
They had beautiful (pricey) mirrors.
Colorful selection of pillows.
This was what I was looking for.
Jackpot! They had 6 left and yes I did buy them all.
I'll admit I had fun playing with them outside in the backyard.
Okay, this has nothing to do with fun Easter deals. It's just something that I thought was a little odd. Look how empty the parking lot is. (And this is only one section, too.)
The majority of the parking lot is empty and a truck comes and parks really close to me. I mean really close! I was sitting in my vehicle at the time and just thought it was very weird.
I might have been a little irritated if it was any other truck but since this had ice cream on the side...
Didn't love some of the prices--yikes!
(Is it strange for a truck to do that or am I just strange thinking it is?)
One last thing. I've been looking for this type of white fur fabric everywhere but with no success. I finally found it at Hancock Fabrics today. Yay! (Unfortunately it was NOT on sale even though it was called Bunny Fur.) I bought the last yard and a half they had anyway.
I have a wonderful idea for a project with this fur. I'm really excited about it and hope that it turns out the way I'm envisioning it.
Three hints:
1) dumpster diving
2) spray adhesive
3) my daughter's bedroom
It's going to be awesome!

I bought those same bunny's for Topiary and to give as gifts....I had one family member believing that I made the bunny's from a piece of hedge all trimmed up....LOL....well she always was a little gullible!! I LOVE after holiday sales! As for the ice cream truck...I would have been asking for a pint and a spoon...YUMMO!
