What's For Sale Sunday

In honor of my love (or just plain nosiness) of looking at different home styles, I've decided to start a new series (My FIRST series!) called What's For Sale Sunday. Each week I'll choose a new city and post three homes listed for sale in that area from Realtor.com. I'll find a low priced home, a mid range priced home and a high priced one.

This week the three homes are from Pasadena, California. The LOW priced house above is a cute 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1,342 sq ft bungalow listed for $321,00

A wee little living area. I do like the paint color on the wall. Adding hardwood flooring would really transform the room.

The kitchen could use some remodeling. (It would probably help to clear the counters off somewhat--especially if the goal is to sell the house...)

This is the best part of the property. Love this tree lined street!

The MID priced house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,685 sq ft home listed for $629,000. Beautiful shady trees and flowers.

Here is a shot of the kitchen. The door is charming but I'm wondering about the stove taking up too much space.

Another view of the kitchen. It looks as though there may be marble counter tops.

Such a light filled eating area. It's one of my favorite rooms in the house.

Love the bead board, moulding and wood floors. (Someone has been busy!)

In the backyard area it looks as though there is a view of the mountains.

The HIGH priced house is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 7,387 sq ft home listed at $5,650,000. (Gorgeous trees!)

I'm not usually a fan of exposed beams but it looks nice in this kitchen. Such a large island and lovely flooring, too.

There is an open cabana by the pool. Perfect for parties. (Pool boys sold separately...)

The best part is this balcony overlooking the yard. (Romeo, Romeo, where art thou, Romeo?)

Hope you enjoyed the tour!

  1. Loved the home tours! A little bit from each one would make the perfect home. And homes in CA are expensive!
