I briefly had a thought of participating in the Black Friday sales. Either getting in line at the stores last night at 10p or early this morning at 4a. Neither appealed to me. I looked in the ads to see if and where the items I wanted were on sale. I was hoping for some deals on a few electronics but each of the ads would state something along the lines (in small print) that there would only be 2 items at the sale price in the store. What??? So this year I decided to pass. Sleeping in and going for a long walk with my dog, Bella instead. The weather is so nice and perfect for being outdoors. Yesterday after the turkey feast we all headed outdoors for basketball and picture taking. One of the benefits of living in Texas is the beautiful weather for most of the year.
So today I'm thankful for being outdoors. For the mild weather and slight breeze. (It beats waiting in line...)
