Amazing Makeovers in Yellow and Blue

The color yellow has enjoyed some popularity this season as a "go with everything" accent color.  I especially like it paired with the color blue.  I've come across a few fabulous makeovers that are appropriately finished in the colors yellow or blue.

The extremely talented Beckie of Infarrantly Creative spied this discarded old crib by the side of the road.  (Beckie didn't see junk, only possibilities.)

She started off with a bible verse, woodworking skills and some yellow paint.

And made this awesome jewelry organizer.  (You would never had guessed it was once a baby crib!)

Sausha of Show and Tell had a lovely idea for a not so lovely gun cabinet.  The top had distinctive images on the glass of ducks in flight.  (I would hate to give this up...)

The bottom section of the gun cabinet was very worn and dated looking.

Here is the finished project after Sausha worked her magic.  An art cabinet in a beautiful shade of blue.  What an amazing transformation!

Lindsay of Southern Lovely wanted to try something new to revitalize her old shoes.

So armed with the spray paint she went to work.

The before was of her tired looking shoes.  The after is an incredible pair of yellow shoes that look like new.  Bravo!

Well, it just goes to show that spray paint may be a girl's best friend.  (And you thought it was diamonds...)

Be sure to visit the blogs of these three creative ladies above to find more amazing makeovers!
